1. Who you are contracting with
Events on this site are organised, and payments collected, by AAA Management & Consultancy, an independent event management and consultancy firm based in Amritsar, Punjab, India. Your contract for any event booked through this website is with AAA Management & Consultancy. Any organisation named in connection with an event is a client or partner of AAA and is not a party to that contract.
2. Registration
- A registration is a request for a seat. It is confirmed only once we receive full payment and issue a confirmation.
- You must give accurate details. If your name, chapter or mobile number is wrong, we may not be able to admit you.
- Seats are limited and allotted on a first-paid basis. We may close registration once capacity is reached.
- We may decline or cancel a registration where details cannot be verified, where payment fails or is reversed, or where a person's conduct would put the event or other attendees at risk.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices shown on the site apply to the package selected at the time of registration.
- Early-bird pricing applies only until the date stated on the event page. Pricing revises after that date.
- Payment is collected through a third-party payment gateway. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- Any bank, gateway or transaction charges are not refundable.
4. What your registration includes
Each package lists what it covers — for example conclave access, meals, or stay on a sharing or individual-room basis. Anything not listed is not included, including travel to and from the venue, extra nights, room service and personal expenses. Where a package includes stay, room allotment is made by the organisers and the venue.
5. Transfers, cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Changes to the event
We may change the programme, speakers, timings, venue or format where circumstances require. We will tell registered attendees about material changes. If we cancel an event outright, our liability is limited as set out in the refund policy.
7. Conduct at the event
- Attendees are expected to behave professionally and follow venue rules and any instructions from organisers.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.
- You are responsible for your own belongings. The organiser and venue are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
8. Photography and recording
Our events are photographed and recorded. By attending you consent to appearing in this material and to its use in promoting AAA events. Attendees may not record sessions for commercial use without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The content, layout and design of this site belong to AAA Management & Consultancy. Any third-party names, logos or marks that appear in event material remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the event or its partners. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an event is limited to the amount you paid for your registration. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel costs, lost business or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure to hold an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government orders, civil disturbance, strikes, venue failure or disruption of essential services.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Amritsar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
