Event registrations involve committed costs — venue, catering and rooms are booked and paid for in advance. This policy explains when a refund or transfer is possible.

Cancellation by you

To cancel, write to info@aaamc.in from the contact details used at registration, quoting your booking code. The date we receive your email is the date of cancellation.

Transferring your seat

A seat may be transferred to another eligible attendee at no charge if you tell us at least 7 days before the event and we can verify the new attendee's details. Transfers requested later depend on venue and catering confirmations.

Packages that include stay

Where your package includes accommodation, hotel cancellation terms apply in addition to this policy. Room nights already confirmed with the venue may be non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.

Cancellation or postponement by us

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Refunds are normally initiated within 7 working days of approval, and the time to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer — usually 5 to 10 working days after that. Payment gateway charges on the original transaction are not refundable.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was debited but your registration did not confirm, write to us with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction amounts are refunded in full.
