Who we are
AAA Management & Consultancy ("AAA", "we", "us") is an event management and consultancy firm based in Amritsar, Punjab, India, which plans and runs business conclaves, conferences and gala evenings. This policy covers the website aaamc.in and the event registrations taken through it. For any question about your data, write to info@aaamc.in.
What we collect
- Registration details you enter yourself: name, organisation or chapter name, business category, city and mobile number.
- Event and payment details: the package you select, the amount, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure and working.
- Photographs and video taken at our events, which may include attendees.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV, net-banking password or any other payment credential. Those are handled entirely by our payment gateway on their own secure systems.
Why we collect it
- To register you, confirm your payment and reserve your seat.
- To contact you about the event you registered for — confirmations, venue details and changes.
- To manage entry, seating and hospitality on the event day.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations.
- To share news about future AAA events, where you have not asked us to stop.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and never sell your data. Recipients may include:
- Our payment gateway, to process your payment.
- The venue and hospitality partners, for stay, seating and catering arrangements.
- The partner organisation or event committee for the event you registered for, to verify eligibility and manage attendance.
- Government authorities, where required by law.
Event photography
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you accept that you may appear in these images, and that AAA may use them to publicise past and future events. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us in writing at info@aaamc.in and we will remove you from material we control.
How long we keep it
Registration and payment records are kept as long as needed for the event and for the accounting and tax periods required by Indian law. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, access to registration data is limited to authorised organisers, and payment processing is delegated to a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the registration data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Ask us to stop sending event updates.
Write to info@aaamc.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to function and to understand basic traffic. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the registration flow may then not work.
Children
Our events and this site are intended for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as our events and systems change. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top.
